1. WHAT CAN I BUY IN THE ASTRJA ONLINE STORE?

Similarly to our stand, on the website you can buy products for children and adults who love exercise; they refer to the latest, avant-garde trends; collections offer a wide range of training clothes, racing suits and accessories that fit the most fashionable trends in fashion for her and for him.

2. WHAT DO THE PRICES INCLUDE?

All prices include VAT and local taxes, but do not include delivery costs, which are listed separately in the shopping cart. Please note that when you collect your order in person, you do not incur shipping costs

3. ARE THE PRICES IN THE ONLINE STORE AND AT THE ASTRJA STAND THE SAME?

No, the prices of individual products may vary.

4. WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE IN THE PHOTO?

Yes, in the Astraja store we make every effort to show the product features (color, texture...) as close to reality as possible.

5. CAN A SOLD OUT ITEM BE AVAILABLE AGAIN AT A LATER TIME?

If a product is sold out, we try to restock it as soon as possible. If the product is unavailable, we will remove it from the site.

6. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

No, the only exceptions are some discount codes. All information about this can be found next to the discount code.

7. HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

    No, but there are many benefits to opening an account.

    9. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

    We do not process telephone orders.

    10. IS THE GOODS IN MY CART AUTOMATICALLY RESERVED FOR ME?

    No, products are reserved when you proceed to the purchasing process. In rare cases, it may turn out that despite the reservation, the product will be sold out.

    11. CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT

    In the online store, you can select individual products from the offer and collect them in the electronic shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" icon. A binding order is only concluded when you enter all the data necessary to execute the contract, confirm your acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and click on the "Order and pay" icon. Until you press this icon, you can change or correct the order at any time, as well as change the data provided for the order.

    After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation will include your order details as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If, when placing an order, you do not print out the order data as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we advise you to print and save the order confirmation e-mail on electronic resources. By confirming receipt of the order, no contract is concluded; Order confirmation only documents the fact that your order has arrived at the store.

    A contract based on an order will be concluded if the order is accepted by us, of which we will notify you in a separate e-mail.

    12. ARE MY PERSONAL DATA SECURE IN THE ASTRJA ONLINE STORE?

    Yes. The use of state-of-the-art SSL encryption techniques in the shopping cart area of ​​the online store ensures optimal protection of your personal data. Address data are used only to complete the delivery. To additionally secure credit card transactions, we require the control number found on the credit card (CVC2 or CVV2 number). These numbers are not stored on the magnetic stripe of your card and are not registered during payment confirmation.

    13. HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT THE PURCHASING PROCESS HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT CORRECTLY?

    After completing your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase. If you have not received it, please contact our customer service department.

    14. WILL I BE CURRENTLY INFORMED ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    Yes. After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail. This confirmation will include your order details as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. By confirming receipt of the order, no contract is concluded; Order confirmation only documents the fact that your order has been received by us.

    15. WHAT DO THE ORDER STATUS VISIBLE FOR MY ORDERS IN THE CUSTOMER PANEL MEAN?

    "Confirmed " or "Not completed" - means that your order has been accepted and forwarded for completion.
    "Cancelled" - means that the entire order has been canceled. If the order was prepaid, once it is cancelled, the money will be refunded within a few days of cancellation.

    "Completed" - means that the ordered products have been packed and shipped from the warehouse to the address you indicated or are waiting for collection at the headquarters or stand.

    16. CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

    Yes, provided you have not completed the entire purchase process. You can freely modify the order in the shopping cart. Otherwise, you must cancel the entire order.

    17. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Yes, please contact our Customer Service Department.

    18. CAN I CHECK MY ORDER HISTORY?

    Yes, in the My Orders tab you will find all previous orders. Additionally, after each order, we always send a confirmation email with order information to your email address. If you need additional information about your order, please search for the confirmation email address in your personal email account.

    1. HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT IN THE ASTRJA ONLINE STORE?

    To create an account in the online store, click the "My Account" icon available in the upper right corner of the website, then "Create an account", provide your email address, name and password. You can register in the same way by going through the next steps of ordering. Additionally, we allow you to log in using your Facebook or Google account.

    2. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CREATING AN ACCOUNT IN THE ONLINE STORE?

    First of all, you can save delivery addresses and data needed to issue an invoice.

    3. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DETAILS AFTER REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED?

    In the "My Account" section you can access your data to modify it.

    4. WHAT TO DO IF I FORGET THE PASSWORD TO MY ACCOUNT?

    In the login/registration screen, click the "forgot password" link and then enter the email address provided during registration. We will send a link to the page where you will enter and confirm your new password to this address.

    5. HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER?

    You can subscribe to the newsletter via the form at the bottom of the home page or by checking the "Inform me about new products and exclusive offers" box when finalizing the order.

    TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

    1. WHICH BROWSER SHOULD I USE TO NAVIGATE COMFORTABLY AND CORRECTLY ON THE ASTRJA WEBSITE?

    The Astraja website is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 3.5 or higher, Google Chrome 6 and Safari 5 or higher.

    2. DO I NEED ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE TO USE THE STORE?

    The website is adapted to the following browsers: Google Chrome 6 and subsequent browser versions, Mozilla Firefox 3.5 and subsequent browser versions, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and subsequent browser versions and Safari 5 or higher versions, no additional software is needed.



    DELIVERY

    1. HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

    The cost and approximate delivery time depend on the selected option:
    - personal collection or at the stand: PLN 0.00
    - courier delivery (online payment): PLN 17-19.50 (including VAT)
    - delivery by courier (cash on delivery): from PLN 28 (including VAT)
    - shipping to a parcel locker: from PLN 13.50 (including VAT)

    2. CAN THE GOODS BE SENT TO ANY ADDRESS?

    Yes. If you are not at home during standard working hours of the courier company, we can also deliver the goods to your workplace, neighbors or friends. Just provide your desired delivery address when placing your order.

    3. WHERE CAN I SEND MY ORDER?

    To one of our stands or to the home or work address indicated by you...; It is not possible to deliver the order to mailbox addresses, logistics platforms, hotels and hospitals. We also ship abroad (list of available countries can be found here )

    4. CAN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT FROM THE INVOICE ADDRESS?

    Yes, during the payment process you can indicate a different shipping address than the one provided during registration.

    5. CAN I DECIDE WHICH COURIER COMPANY WILL DELIVER MY GOODS?

    When placing an order, you decide which company will deliver your goods: Poczta Polska, InPost or DPD.

    Optionally, you can pick up your order at the stand or at the Astraja headquarters.

    6. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    Delivery time depends on the type of shipment:

    • Courier shipments from 1 to 2 business days.

    • Postal shipments take 2 to 3 business days.

    • Parcel locker shipments from 1 to 2 business days

    7. WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN WHEN THE CARRIER WANTS TO DELIVER THE PARCEL?

    After the first attempt to deliver the parcel, the carrier will leave you a message informing you about the attempted delivery, which will provide further instructions regarding your order. If you wish, you can contact the shipping company on your own initiative after receiving this notification. After the second unsuccessful attempt, your order will be canceled and your order will be refunded.

    8. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

    Astraja only sells items in excellent condition, so if you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service department.

    9. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

    If you receive an item that was not ordered (which is extremely rare), please contact our customer service department. Accidentally, information in the Astraja store may appear with printing errors, inaccuracies or omitting some data in the description of the product, its price or availability. We apologize in advance for these errors and reserve the right to correct them, without prior warning, even after the order has been completed.

    10. IF I CHOOSE TO PICK UP IN PERSON AT THE COMPETITION, WHO SHOULD I ASK FOR THE PACKAGE?

    You can ask any of the stand employees for the package, without having to wait in line at the cash register. Show your order number and it's yours!



    PAYMENTS

    1. HOW CAN I PAY TO COMPLETE MY PURCHASE?

    You can pay by card: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, P24, Gift Card, American Express or pay using the PAY PAL, COD system.

    We do not accept cash, checks or telephone orders.

    2. WHAT IS AUTHORIZATION?

    If you choose a credit card as your payment method when placing an order, authorization will then be made for the appropriate amount. This standard authorization will, for example, check whether the card used is valid and whether the available credit limit is sufficient.

    3. ARE CREDIT CARD PURCHASES IN THE ASTRJA ONLINE STORE SAFE?

    Yes, the data entered by our users is transmitted in encrypted form. We use the well-known Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protocol to protect your data. You can check this by clicking on the padlock that appears in the browser bar during the payment process.

    In the case of card transactions, please provide the security code (CVV2) located on the back of the card. It can only be seen if you have physical access to the card. It is not saved on our website.

    In addition, we have fraud detection systems in place to combat illegal or fraudulent use of credit cards.

    Astraja reserves the right to contact you for additional information if payment problems occur.

    4. AT WHEN IS THE AMOUNT TRANSFERRED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT?

    The amount you transfer for the order is debited from your account when you place the order, but only transferred to our account when the order is packed and ready for shipment.

    5. WHAT REASON CAN MY CREDIT CARD BE DECLINED?

    Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

    • Your card may be expired. Check its expiration date to eliminate this possibility.

    • It is possible that your card limit has been reached. Check with your bank whether the card has not exceeded the amount intended for purchases.

    Make sure all card details have been entered correctly.

    If, after eliminating the above reasons, you have not been able to complete the purchase, contact your bank to solve the problem.



    RETURNS

    1. CAN I RETURN THE GOODS?

    Yes, if you want to return the product or the entire purchase, you can do it within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment with the order, you can return the product purchased in the online store without giving a reason. However, such goods cannot bear traces of use, cannot be destroyed or damaged, and must be in the original packaging with all its contents.

    Products made to individual order, tailor-made or purchased by the meter are not subject to exchange or return. Due to hygiene rules, tights, socks, hairbands or other hair accessories, e.g. hair bands, cannot be returned or exchanged. Products that were reserved in the online store, collected and paid for in person at a stationary stand, as well as products made and modified at the Buyer's special request are not subject to return (pursuant to Art. 38 point 3, the reason is the impossibility of further resale of the goods due to their individual characteristics ).

    2. HOW TO RETURN GOODS?

    To make the entire procedure go smoothly, attach a completed return form to the package.

    3. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE GOODS RETURNED BY ME BEAR SIGNS OF USE ?

    Some consumers exercise their right of withdrawal after using the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In such a case, the consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods. In order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should only handle and examine the goods in the same way as he would in a store. For example: the consumer should only try on clothes but should not be able to wear them. Therefore, during the cooling-off period, the consumer should handle and inspect the goods with due care.

    4. WHERE CAN I FIND THE RETURN FORM?

    You can find the return form here . It must be completed and attached to the shipment.

     

    5. HOW WILL I GET A REFUND?

    Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund in the same manner in which you made your purchase.

    For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery option, you must visit our stationary counter to receive your cashback.

     

    6. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    Once your refund has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the amount will be deposited in the coming days. The refund time to your credit card always depends on your bank.

     

    7. WHAT CAN I DO IF MY REFUND AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?

    Please contact customer service and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

     

    8. CAN GOODS PURCHASED IN AN ONLINE STORE BE RETURNED AT A STATIONARY STAND?

    Goods purchased in the e-astraja.pl online store cannot be returned at the stationary stand.
